- Upon receiving payment, your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
Once in transit estimated shipping times are as follows:
Victoria: 1-2 days
NSW & SA: 1-3 days
QLD: 2-4 days
WA: 4-7 days
Due to size, all shipments all be sent via courier.

- If you are not sure on colour or texture, then please use the 'order sample' function.
This is highly recommended as each computer/device will show colours differently.

- Returns can only be accepted if the claim is made in accordance with the following:
a. The goods have not been supplied in accordance with your order (see section on 'Faulty Products' below)
b. The goods are as supplied and in original packaging.
c. The claim is made within 21 days of receipt of goods.
d. And that you, the Purchaser, comply with the following procedures:
(i) A consignment note and return label will be mailed to you.
(ii) When consignment note and label are received, please contact our nominated carrier on the telephone number provided to arrange collection of goods.
(iii) Securely package the goods in a manner which will avoid damage during transportation and mark on the outside of package both the Return Number and the original invoice number for goods to be returned.
(iv) Only give parcel to our designated carrier with the correct paperwork or the parcel will not be signed for or accepted by Verve Designer Collections Pty Ltd.
Damaged returns will not be accepted for credit.
No returns will be accepted if goods have had any treatment applied. - Payment Methods

- Fabric & Wallpaper must inspected for faults, colour matching before cutting.
- Issues not identifiable before cutting (such as pattern matching) should use.
*use means cutting, sewing fabric, upholstering fabric, hanging wallpaper, applying glue to wallpaper & any use that alters the product from its original condition
